The importance of SEO Most of us have talked a lot about SEO. SEO strategies, SEO plans, but what about SEO clients? It’s a fact that we, as digital marketing consultants, do not only consider the SEO internally but also externally. What about our customers? A common mistake that I could find, is when a customer says “I have done SEO“, just after his website sees the light. Let’s talk therefore of SEO.   Internal SEO … or not? This “I’ve already done the SEO”, I guess that means that the internal Google brand standards have been met, that the site responds to a suitable configuration of meta tags, h1, h2 and successive loading times, internal structure and all those things that a good SEO involves internal “structural.” Can you hardly speak of “I’ve done the SEO” (internal, should be added) in the absence of a market survey? Well, let’s test that there is a set of keywords and page development consistent with these keywords, but reality is, therefore, nonexistent.   The influence of internal SEO As noted in some of our posts, internal SEO has little influence on the search engine positioning. University and Marketing   Marketing skills: Are you living in these days? Unemployment rates for young people in Spain are around 50%, terrible data. What’s the reason? Well, I won’t talk about it here, but about how to contribute to this mark. Is it really possible to increase unemployement from universities? My answer is really clear: yes, it is. It’s possible and it’s not quite complicated as people could imagine.   How to condemn 150 students to unemployment with 10 simple facts The best way to sink education levels is to teach outdated materials with no application possibilities in the real world, and please, forget WebMarketing or similars. That would be a fantastic start point. Digital Marketing vs Internet Marketing When we develop our Digital Marketing strategies or a Digital Marketing Plan in the net, sometimes we forget some concepts or even we change them, using words that are not the right ones and giving different sense to others. Here we are going to explain some definitions that you can find about internet terminology and some definitions that can be found all around the net. Both Internet and Digital Marketing are parts of the Marketing, being Internet Marketing a component of Digital Marketing. Also, SEO is a part of SEM that is a part of Marketing. Let’s see these concepts.   Digital Marketing Digital Marketing has been defined as the use of digital sources based on electronic signal like internet, digital display advertising and other digital media like television, radio or mobile telephones for the promotion of brands or products to consumers. Here we can stablish two different strategies: Pull strategy: the client seeks for the product.
